Acer Unveils LCD Gaming Monitor
By Plasma LCD on July 19th, 2008

Gamers worldwide will have more reasons to play computer games with the release of Acer’s high contrast ratio gaming LCD monitor. This monitor is an appropriate partner to the Acer Predator Gaming PC not only because of its looks –the orange color stirs up frightening memories of seeing orange-clad criminals in prison—but also because of its features.
Simply called the G24, this 24-inch LCD monitor has a contrast ratio of 50,000:1 which is definitely higher than the ratios boasted by most HDTVs in town. It is fully high density capable with a native resolution of 1920×1200, 400 nits brightness and a fast response time of 2ms.
Gamers are tingling with anticipation waiting for the release of this predator match but how much does it really cost? No word yet so you and I will just have to keep anticipating.
