Panasonic Viera TH-50PZ800U

By Plasma LCD on July 21st, 2008

The Panasonic Viera TH-50PZ800U is a Plasma TV with an antireflective screen thereby reducing glares even if you are watching with strong lights. It has deep black levels that maximize your viewing pleasure. However, the blacks of this Plasma display are not as deep compared to the other plasma displays.

However, connectivity is great with four HDMI ports and one port for PC which means you can use it for dual purpose. The single pane design is also attractive making it a welcome addition to any home office or living room.

Despite its not so deep blacks the 50-inch Panasonic TH-50PZ800U is perhaps one of the few HDTVs in town with guaranteed performance. It has a 1920×1080 pixel resolution and has a slot for SDHC Memory Card.

The Panasonic Viera is quite expensive though at $2,165.
